Teri is wife to Greg, and Mother to Christian, age 15, and Joe, age 22. Teri married Greg in 1980, and immediately launched a successful acting career. With a fresh approach to the comedic, she guest starred in numerous TV shows, such as Happy Days, co-starred in network pilots, and played major roles in feature films.
Taking time to raise her family, Teri took leave of the TV/Film business, and eventually returned to her first love, which was music. Teri's singing career is punctuated by nine first ballot Grammy nominations in the year 2000.
Teri's lyric soprano voice can be heard on countless recordings from early renaissance to jazz. Teri performed and recorded with the Los Angeles Chamber Singers for 11 years, and awakened her love for Jazz singing with “The Caroling Company”, a nationally acclaimed professional caroling ensemble.
As a singer and performer, Teri has appeared on such notable TV shows as “Good Morning America ”, and such films as “The Addams Family” movie. Teri remains an active member of SAG, AFTRA, and NARAS.
Teri's story took a dramatic turn, when her husband's 27 year Film career was suddenly lost to “run-away productions”. Teri's entrepreneurial spirit compelled her to start TheGroceryGame.com, providing shoppers with a fun way to achieve substantial savings at their local supermarket. This new endeavor, launched on her 40 th birthday in February of 2000, soon proved to be one of her greatest accomplishments. In the fall of 2006, Teri launched another web portal, TeriToday.com, which is gaining notoriety as a premiere internet destination for women across the globe.
As the key spokesperson for the TheGroceryGame.com and TeriToday.com, Teri has been featured on hundreds of local TV news programs across the country. She has also appeared on numerous national TV and radio programs such as NBC's “The Today Show”, CBS “The Early Show”, ABC "Good Morning America", Food Network's “Unwrapped”, "Fine Living" network, “Studio B” of Fox News, "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch", "Oprah and Friends" radio, Martha Stewart's “Morning Show” radio, and others. Teri appears as a regular guest on the popular new national program for Fox, “The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet”. Teri also writes a weekly column for "Quick and Simple", a national Hearst magazine publication.
Teri is currently serving as the CEO of The Grocery Game, Inc., which is franchised in 50 states through out the US. In 2007, the company launched into Puerto Rico, France, and the UK. Expansion to Canada, Germany, and China are slated for 2008. A French and UK version of TeriToday.com are also scheduled for early 2008.
